Let us guide you through the milestones of development through fun-filled baby exercise classes where we promote each stage of development while giggling, goo-ing, and gah-ing with your baby. Classes are broken up into birth through six months and six months through twelve months.
Boost your child’s motor, social, and speech skills through exploratory sensory play, story time and crafts, obstacles courses, and cooperative fine motor activities and games. Curated and designed by professional therapists and special education teachers.
PRESCHOOL CLASSES

Enrich your child's pre-academic skills through age appropriate, sensory rich fine motor and gross motor activities. Activities will include hand building games, prewriting and reading activities, including letter-sound correspondence, counting, puzzles, cooperative games, and more...
SUPPORTED PLAYDATES & FIELD-TRIPS
A playful, inclusive class where families connect through movement and mindfulness. Led by a certified yoga instructor and designed with occupational and physical therapists to holistically support strength, balance, body awareness, and relaxation
in a supportive environment.
